equipment. In the case of Mr***, neither his dump truck nor loaded equipment trailer were legal to operate on the road before his crash as both failed their DOT inspectionsHis dump truck was overloaded and his equipment trailer was uninspected and did not have brakes. He chose to operate his vehicles in an unsafe manner. He chose not to carry collision insurance on his vehicles and even stated that he saves over $per year by not carrying full coverage on his dump truck. We feel our rates are reasonable, below the industry standard for recovery of Class C vehicles, and his request for an additional discount is unwarranted
