After reading the positive review and seeing that their prices were competitive, I purchased a ring from [redacted] which is part of Joseph Schubach Jewelers. I called the store a handful of times before and after I purchased my ring with some questions and only a few sales people could actually answer my questions. They did not transfer me to the [redacted] salespersons who knew how to answer my questions and did not answer my questions satisfactorily. One time, the salesperson failed to take my contact info to get back in touch with me since she did not know how to answer my question at that time and never got back in touch with me. Also, the projected shipping date was not met and they did not try their hardest to get it to me on Saturday, even when I told them after checking with [redacted] that all they had to do was call [redacted] to have it shipped to me on Saturday instead of Monday. Now the ring will arrive a week later than it's projected ship date. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service and I will not be doing business with them nor recommend them to friends. I would expect better from a company that has an A+ on Revdex.com.

I have had the pleasure of working with Schubach's on multiple pieces over the last several years. I cannot express the level of gratitude that I have for finding such professionals that are true artists. There has not been a single piece I haven't been thrilled with. In fact, whenever I receive something it's always better than what I expected. From stock pieces, to custom, you can't find a better jeweler. If you're looking for something special, this is the place to contact. I live across the country, and have never met with them, yet somehow my visions are translated perfectly. I also found their pricing to be better than anyplace else, and their dedication to me as a customer was top notch. I cannot wait to work with them again.

My wife was looking to upgrade and we worked with Joseph S[redacted] Jewelers to source her a larger diamond and create the setting. The ring is perfect and absolutley beautiful. My wife is thrilled. The whole process was great and they made it easy, and we received nothing but excellent service. Definitely recommend this jeweler!
