We built this home on property that was owned by Rick ***The land has large differences in grade ft in elevation heights from side to sideWhen we started the project, I did tell Rick that the excavator I work with has access to fill to complete the projectThey did bring some during
construction and the remainder just before occupancy grading on approx7/The grading was completedAlso with rain there probably is some settling that occurred between this time and when they actually moved in in September as wellRick had spoken with Jeff the grading contractor about bringing in more fillI was not a part of the conversation and I did not agree to do any moreAt some point later Jeff had brought more loads of fillRick said they had discussed more loadsThe finish grade we had done at the end of July had the grade to what is required for heightThis lot could take much more dirt as there is much terrainI said I had fill to complete the project, but not unlimited or on demandThe home is in *** *** and there are not unlimited projects going on to generate fillAll of the fill and grading of fill up to end of July was provided at not cost or extra cost to spread outWhen questioned on what is a final grade again on 9/I did respond on 9/with much the same response and had looked into some other sources of fill on a home project just west and Twin Lake public works projectsI did contact Rick on 8/that I did have loads or so I could get, but he said he had already had some brought inI will reach out to Rick on this issue as I do have some punch list items to completeIt just seems what ever I say that Rick does not agree with, I am wrongI do hope to resolve this as best I can

Rick *** The property was not properly rough graded, periodThe builder reached out to me on 9/not 8/I told the builder we were going to landscape and needed the fill and grade done by early SeptHe texted me on 9/27, after filing with the Revdex.com on 9/15, asking if I wanted or needed more fillIt so happens that on that exact day I had more fill being trucked in at a cost of $so that landscaping could beginI have receipts and texts as supporting documentation, from both the builder and landscapersNobody (All of the contractors, landscapers and excavators that I had received quotes from to finish the work) could believe that the builder left the lot grade as it was leftTo date, 10/12, I have not been contacted about finishing the few items inside the home
