On June 3rd the customer called our office and stated that no one had shown up to treat her swimming poolI spoke with her technician *** and he stated that he had missed a few weeks because the customer's dogs were out in the yard and they were not friendlyI, the Manager,
called the customer and apologized for the inconvenience and explained that the dogs being out in the yard was the reason her pool was not being treatedThe customer said that was ridiculous and her dogs were no problem at allThe Manager from Sunray agreed to go over and treat the poolUpon arrival, after entering the gate, the manager was surrounded by three growling dogs, showing their teeth and biting his equipmentHe was able to retreat from the yardHe informed the customer that the dogs would have to be put up if we were to be able to treat the poolAt that point, he also offered to give five weeks free pool service to make up for April 21, April 28, May 12, May and May 26. Customer said that was not good enoughShe said her tech said to shock the pool so she bought chemicals from another company and put them in her pool. The Manager tried to explain that when her Tech wrote Shock Pool, he meant that he had shocked the poolChemicals from another store could very easily upset the balance of the Chemicals we use and would cause us more troubleSo that does not make sense at all. The Manager agreed that the customer was owed some monies, for the time that the pool was not treatedThe Customer paid with auto withdrawal from their credit card so they were paid upBut Sunray was not oblagated for any chemicals they purchased on their ownThe Customer was very upset about this, said they were calling an Attorney and would sue the companyThe manager tried to apologize, but the customer would have none of itSo the Manager wrote a check for the customer for four weeks of serviceWe were able to treat the pool on June 4thThat was never paidThen the customer reversed all the charges on the credit card for March, April and MaySo they got three months of free service from our company

I am rejecting this response because: The response is full of lies, [redacted] told me that the technician, [redacted], had lied to them about my having 12 dogs. I only have 3 puppies. [redacted] came to service the pool after I called him and did mention he would prefer the dogs be put away for future services. I told him that would not be a problem. He states that he was able to retreat, as in barely making it out of the yard, but at the same time states that he serviced the pool on that same day, June 4th!? How is that? The pool is an in-ground pool located in the back yard. If the pups where that vicious and attacking him then how did he manage to service the pool. That in itself makes no sense at all!I have the slip where the tech wrote us a note asking us to buy the shock for the pool, he even told us where to buy it. When I informed [redacted], he acknowledged the error and said the tech should not have done that as it could have caused a reaction with their own chemicals. I am baffled that he is now saying otherwise. I can also send pictures of the text messages between [redacted] and I where he accepts the faults of Sunray. He stated he was going to speak to the owner about the chemicals we purchased due to their lack of service and would let me know the owners' response. When he communicated the owners' refusal to make it right I informed [redacted] that would seek legal council if necessary due to the fact that I had paid for service that was not rendered and also had to purchase additional chemical due to Sunray's negligence. I did not threaten to sue, I was seeking restitution for a wrong they caused, nothing more and nothing less than what I was out because of them not having reliable technicians.
