I traded in my SUV for a VANThis dealership failed to pay the SUV account; it has been weeks and i'm still dealing with them to pay the accountOn January 26, the first cheque issued wasn't enough to pay off the loan so it was cancelledThey failed to send a new cheque with the correct amount accordinglyof my SUV payments were taken from my accountADI did send me the money for those paymentsHowever, they failed to send another cheque in an appropriate manner and I kept getting phone calls from *** about the accountI had to continue to delay payments and continue to contact ADI regarding the accountThey assured me that the cheque was received last week and when I called *** monday February 26th the account still hasn't been closed because they hadn't received a cheque yet***
