The store did not want to issue a refund for an unopened, unused merchandise.I recently bought a [redacted] mascara, and then decided to return it for either a refund or an exchange. I called the store, and [redacted] asked the manager for the policy. The manager told [redacted] that I cannot return any cosmetics. I looked up on their website the policy about returning/exchanging cosmetics, and it's nowhere written that mascaras cannot be returned. [redacted], who was also the sales person at the time of purchase, omitted to caution me about such policy.I am very unsatisfied with this store, especially when all the other department stores accept returns or exchanges without questioning.Desired SettlementFull refund or Exchange.Business' Initial Response There seems to be some miscommunication or a misunderstanding somewhere. The store will accept returns on unopened or unused cosmetics. We would be more than happy to accept a return on the unused product.
