We tried all we could to help the customerCustomer requested a 1000$ refund, and all though we didn’t agree we accommodatedCustomer didn't receive his check quick enough for his exaction and decided to charge back for the full refundWe attempted to do all that we could to helpBrian B***Owner [redacted]

The customer has been waiting for monthsWe have been working with the product manufacture on how to proceed in order to not have any more issuesWe followed the process as requested by the manufacture and it failed in more ways than oneWe consistently notified the customer of the process and where we were atOur paint rep was in contact regularly with the customer to explain that this process may take some timeWe wanted to make the situation went as smooth as possible and fix it without causing the customer any more problemsWe finally got a response from the manufacture and they explained it was there fault and gave us a process to fix the floorWe than contacted the customer and notified him of this, but let him know we wanted to proceed when the weather was right and we wouldn't have any reason the floor would peel again due to the mornings still being a bit colderHe refused the date and wanted it to be sooner, and for his sake we let him know it would not be the right moveIf you look over our reviews, our awards and who we are, we are about customer service and a good productMajority of what the customer is saying is not truthful nor accurate and we have made many efforts to help as much as possible, even supplying the customer with his money back
