e-mail responses from the company as follows: Date: Wed, Nov 1, at 8:PMAll work had been completed unfortunately it took longer due to the weather which is a factor this time of year.We are now waiting to hear back from city inspector .On Oct 30, 2017, at 7:PMMay I also respond that as a general contractor I have experienced over the years sometimes the customer may not be satisfied when all work is completed** *** was given a very true and honest price for the work conducted on his homeEverything will be as close to perfect as it may beNo deductions will be taken off this Bill especially not sure how he can determine there would be problems in the future nor the cost of there wereAny problems that have ever come up in the past with our company have always been resolved as you know I have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com.Thank you Cynthia A*** aka JHI

and returned for non sufficient fundsWhen I contacted him about this he said he was applying for a loanThis was never mentioned when I met w himWhen he finally told me he was ready I scheduled the work to be done and when I got a cancellation I notified him on the night before and was planning to get permit but had to wait for my insurance company to get all papers in the morningYes I did get everything and yes I was late but I paid the late feeMy roofers have been w our company for years and yes sometimes things go wrong but we correct them as I plan on doing hereI'm waiting on my gutter man to go back and do what ** *** wants on his guttersI see no reason for and deductions as my workers and materials all need to be paid accordingly thank you Cindy A*** Sent from my iPhone
