To whom it may concern: On May 8, 2016 Mother's Day. It was stated on the marque that Gift Cards were not accepted at the time of cashing out gift card was presented. Cashier stated that gift card was not accepted. After they left the building I brought to the owners... attention. Then the party had placed on Joseph's Restaurant [redacted] . The owner replied back, stating that they would be accommodate. The owner mention that they can come down and asks for him. Days went by and no one showed. We apologize for any inconvenience. If it was brought to the owner's attention, the gift card would have been taken. We want everyone to leave Joseph's Restaurant happy. What ever the customer wants we will be more than willing to accommodate them.
