[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is the first that I am hearing of this in the numerous amount of calls that I made to Joseph himself he has stated he was going back and forth with the rental company, even after he and his employee told me prior to returning the car that they were going to payAlso I had recently spoken to my insurance company who explained to me that everything on their end was done in a reasonable timeWhich is why they couldn't extend my rentalAnd she even called Joseph to tell him as to why they are not to blame in this matterRegards, [redacted]

11/25/2015Dear: [redacted] in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] Josephs Towing & Collision Care, Incdoes not feel responsible for the additional rental costs because the delays were caused by supplements to the repairs.Every time a supplement is sent in to the insurance company we have to wait for an appraiser to come out and approve the supplement.Thank you for your consideration
