Review: My husband had an accident in my 2007 mercedes benz Gl450 on january **,2013. In which the vehicle was taken to the shop Josephs auto center. The vehicle was not fixed properly and returned approximately three times back to this shop. I told him there was something wrong with the vehicle and he told me it was perfectly fine .My back tire was wobbleing every time I hit a bump .I then went and took it to a shop in queens named German Auto Care on [redacted]. John the owner of the business examine the vehicle and I gave him the report to what geico had paid for .He then tells me that the vehicle was damaged and nonreplaced and I was driving a vehicle that I carry 3 of my kids in my car in danger as well as myself and my husband. Till this date my vehicle still in the shop. I spent so much money in renting cars its crazy so I can keep my job, Now while the vehicle was in his posession this whole time when I went to take a look at it now my vehicle key does not look the car ,the signal lights dont work my gas gauge dont work and hes telling me to pick up the vehicle like this. He also put extra claims on the vehicle that im not aware of .We came to an agreement on helping me pay for the rental never did.This is crazy so much to this that I cant believe.He was paid about 22,000 or more to fix and I feel he did nothing but mess up other things on the car .Dont know what to do, would appreciate if you can help me.. Thank youDesired Settlement: would like for him to pay me for my all my rentals that I had because of the long period of time he made me waste plenty of it .Alsoi would like to take my car to German Auto care to fix all that is wrong with it ,and have( Josephs auto center ) to pay for all that needs to be fixed .

CLAIMING GASTANK DOES NOT SHOW LEVEL OF FUEL AND TURN SIGNALS NOT WORKING,AS PART OF FIRST ACCIDENT. GEICO DENIED PAYING FOR ANY OTHER CLAIMS AS PART OF FIRST CLAIM AND SAID DAMAGE IS NOT RELATED.

IN CONCLUSION AND AFTER AN INVESTIGATION BY GEICO THEY DEEMED THE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE NOT TO BE A PART OF THE OLD ACCIDENT BUT THE NEW ACCIDENT.
