Patrick did go to the customers' home to assess the alleged damages. Our movers did express that the garage cement was chipped. However the dishwasher was already damaged when movers got there. One of our movers picked up the office chair and it fell apart, leading us to believe it too was damaged....

The customers agreed on a settlement of $600. That payment has been mailed to the customers. Patrick felt verbally attacked while at the customers'. That being the case, he left since the customers were being irate with him. The customers did not return 6 quilted blankets. Even after this unpleasant interaction, we still sent another crew to move items they decided later were not where they originally wanted them. This extra service was done without additional charges. Patrick has tried to make this customer happy but it has been quite difficult.

Dear Revdex.com Representative,I received the following message indicating my complaint was closed because of lack of response from our side.I have been in contact with Revdex.com since January 26th as soon as the first response was sent by the business owner. Indeed I have spoken with Michelle (if I recall the name correctly) on the next day the response was received to ask about the response time as the business owner claimed the check was mailed in his response. To avoid unnecessary communication and iterations, I indicated that I am willing to wait a little bit just in case he has mailed the check after the Revdex.com complaint reaching to him.Later on I also communicated with Ms. Morrison both phone and e-mail. As the payment wasn't received at all within the period that I waited she was kind enough to call the business owner to talk. She was given assurance that the check was going to be mailed on February 1st or 2nd latest, and we decided to wait for some more just as a sign of good faith effort instead of flatly refusing the response of the business. Hence I have informed Ms. Morrisson about this and she said we need to provide a response but understood that we wanted to wait till the check is received to avoid providing a refusal based response. She suggested me to contact her after check is received to close the case as she has taken notes.However, as of this morning we have neither received the check from Mr. Patrick J[redacted] nor any explanation. Now we see our case is closed with the reason that no response was provided. So are we being penalized for our good faith effort to wait some more time instead of immediately rejecting the response of the business owner and trigger another round of communications? Especially considering the fact that we have been in continuous contact with Revdex.com since January 26th in particular with Ms. Morrison?I hope this is a simple oversight due to automated process implemented and the state of complaint will return back to what it was. I will be happy to provide immediate response today as I haven't received the check which was promised to Ms. Morrison on February 1st. I don't think there is any need for waiting and being penalized for our good faith efforts.Thank you for your attention,[redacted], Ph.D.. MBA

I would absolutely recommend Joseph's moving to anyone who wants a hassle-free quality move. They showed up on time they were careful with our furnishings and were polite and cheerful. They even offered us great advice for how to pack up a few last things we were working on.

From start to finish they were A+. The workers arrived a little early and got right to work. They were very friendly and took good care in wrapping the furniture and my boxes that didn't have lids. Had two delivery points and they did it all with a smile. Oh, it was Arizona August weather also. I was sweating just watching them go.

Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service and I will use them in the future when we downsize.

I have lived in the Phoenix area for the last 33 years and have used no less then 10 Top Valley Advertised Moving Companies for my personal and family needs. I have not considered rating any of them until now because of this weeks experience. After calling at least 6 for bids and info, this time [redacted]'s was the choice. This move was for our 95yr old Mother from a 2nd floor independent living center in [redacted] to another in[redacted]. If you are like us, hoping all goes well with everything that is involved with this kind of move, I Can Assure you that with this Company you're in good hands. They arrived on time and were the most courteous, respectful and polite movers I have ever used. [redacted] owner/manger is whom I dealt with over the phone and [redacted] (if I remember correctly) was in charge of the 3 man crew. The time it took was even less than expected and nothing was broken. These folks will be doing any and all our future moves and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They earned my 5 star rating! Great Job Guys!!

Joseph's performed our move on 9/15/16. They sent a 3 man crew and arrived on time. Hats off to John, Glenn, and Oliver for doing a fantastic job. Our furniture was properly wrapped and protected, and we experienced no damage. The move went quickly and efficiently, and we were done before we knew it. The process of hiring Joseph's was quick and easy. Once again, hats off to Tina, Joseph's coordinator. Tina was very easy to work with and professional and courteous. Would definitely use again.

The day of the move our company was informed that a check or cash was required upon completion of the move. Our Company was never given a written quote, which we ask for and was never informed that the payment was to be due upon completion of the move.
The owner would not speak to use when called and has never provided us with a W-9 which we asked for. We suggest that other who use this be aware of this companies lack of customer service and ethics.
