I am rejecting this response because: This is the first that I am hearing of this in the numerous amount of calls that I made to Joseph himself he has stated he was going back and forth with the rental company, even after he and his employee told me prior to returning the car that they were going to pay. Also I had recently spoken to my insurance company who explained to me that everything on their end was done in a reasonable time. Which is why they couldn't extend my rental. And she even called Joseph to tell him as to why they are not to blame in this matter.

to wait for an appraiser to come out and approve the supplement.Thank you for your consideration

Review: I got my vehicle fixed at Josephs Collision in March 2012, he informed my that I had a brand new muffler and it had a life time warranty. I brought it back after a year because the muffler was installed to low to the ground it scrapes when I pull out of a driveway. He kept giving me a runaround and we had words which lead to him telling me he wasn't fixing my car. My insurance company paid him for the services but since I use a company outside of the insurance company I don't think I can go to them now.Desired Settlement: I would like him to pay to have my muffler to be lifted since he is responsible for the install.
