Jose's Good as New Appliances

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This place is a joke. Their appliances are Good as Trash. I purchased a washer/dryer set, connected them the same day they were delivered and guess what, they did not work! Dryer did not turn on and Washer makes a loud squeaky, banging sound that shakes the entire house. I'm sure you can definitely hear the sound to the other end of the street.
They will give you every excuse in the book not to fix them even though they give you a 90 day warranty. I called them the next day to let them know, but an angry rude lady (Erin) tried telling me that I had to pay for a technician to come over and fix them. She even blamed me and said we must not have working electricity in our home. The other choice they gave me was to "walk me through the steps over the phone to repair it myself." REALLY??? Two Mexican guys ended up coming out a week later after much hassling and looked very bothered. They began banging and hitting the washing machine like crazy, thirty minutes later they said it's fixed. Turned it on and it is still making the same loud sound. Dryer also stopped working. Never again!
They are very unprofessional, uneducated and lack customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if they are getting their appliances from the trash or buying them broken and re-selling them as is. HORRIBLE! Why would someone stoop so low like this. The other point I must make is they speak very little broken English. They have two locations, one on [redacted] and the other location on [redacted]. They used to be called Jose's Good as New Appliances but changed their name for obvious reasons. Also found several records on the Revdex.com website with the same complaints from customers, Problems with Product/Service .
