I rated Josh Design Build five stars based on the following: - Reliability: When Josh agrees to do something, it gets done or he will call you back and come up with a better recommendationWe can count on him to be truthful and honestHe is all about creating value in the home - Ability to Stay Customer Focused: His focus is on what you want, the budget you have to work with, how the renovation will be used, up to date styles, and serviceJosh took time out of his day to come with us and help us to select the counter top, cabinets, and flooringHe never pushed his agenda rather he would wait until we finished our discussion and asked for his opinion - Ability to Perform Quality Work: He's got a good crew working for him and their expertise shows in the quality of the products that they makeBecause we are human, we sometimes make small mistakesWhen we point out these issues, Josh is quick to make it right even if it means he has to do it himselfHe aims to please and will not stop until we are happy with the products and the issue is resolved - Ability to Meet Deadlines: Every renovation has a timetableThis is the second renovation with JoshOur first was our home (renovated the kitchen, two bathrooms, painted the inside of the whole house, and replaced flooring)We were so impressed with his expertise and his crew that we hired him again to do the renovation of our single family rental homeBoth projects finished on the day and date he said he would be done by - Ability to Meet Budget: Both of the renovations we had Josh do for us, completed within the estimate provided - Expertise (knowledge) / Professionalism: Josh comes with a wide range of completed projectsJust take a look at all the pictures he has of completed jobs

Outstanding work, very friendly crew, very neat and clean and finished on time. Am very satisfied with job. Will be having Josh Design do our entire upstairs expansion and remodel in early 2017.

This is Guo Z[redacted], and I received this notice from Revdex.com on 9/14/16.On 9/06/2016, the problem was resolved. She received a cashier's check from me for the refund of$36,000.00 and the check was cleared on the same day. Thanks for your follow up.
