Josh L[redacted] has made several promises to come and repair the problem. We even told him to schedule the repair for the spring of 2017. He promised to come out and make the repair. That is all he has done, PROMISE. We would like to have this matter resolved. We have had to let him know that we are willing to take this to small claims court. We did this because he would not take our calls or respond back to us for a date to repair the problem. I paid him when he finished the job. I expect Josh to make this a priority on his work schedule and come out soon to fix his issue. I think this is fair. Just because you have our money doesn't mean that he should treat us as a low priority. We have to look at this every day.Best Regards[redacted]
