Re: [redacted] sans-serif;">Liberty Hill Used Tires & Wheels did receive a Complaint it was addrets to Josh's Used Tires & Wheels located at W St Hwy Liberty Hill TX The company is not owned by Josh's Used Tires & Wheel's if we could correct that please [redacted] did come into Liberty Hill Used Tires and Wheels on August 16,and had work performed on a vehicle that had two nails in her passenger back tireAt Liberty Hill Used Tires the tire tech greets the customers as they arrive then the tire tech will pull the vehicle into the bayThe tire tech will look at the tire and suggest the different ways to repair the tireWhen the tire tech suggested the Patch Plug to repair the tire in most cases it because the tire has 89% tread left on the tire and the patch plug is warranty for life of the tireLiberty Hill Used Tires & Wheels has a policy of no refunds it states it in several areasThe tire tech was only going by the company policy- I spoke to the tire Tech and went over the issue that his customer stated and he felt that he did explain her option on repairing the tire and she had no questions or concerns until the worked was completedI looked over the desired amount that customer states that she would like I will not be able to grate It but Liberty Hill used tires and Wheels try's very hard to keep their customer satisfiedAt this time I can offer her an in store credit for the amount of $50.00(Flfty Dollars) which could be used at any locationI hope that this offer can still and the customer is happy

#I had to back my truck into the bay NO TECH never got into my truck, #One tech was only there when I got there #The tech put a jack under my
truck and proceeded to raise it up #The 1st tech then proceeded to dismount my Right Rear tire in the bay and out of a back door another tech came into bay area where
the 1st tech had my tire off my truck and told 2nd tech it had (two) nails #The 1st tech then advised me to follow him to the office where he finally informed me after
he had already wrote out bill of sale on a receipt that clearly states : Liberty Hill Used Tires & Wheel* *** ** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** #* I was stunned
when the 1st tech told me amount due when I questioned why so expensive, at this time is when he Finally Explained what had Already been done to my tire
WITH NO ESTIMATE GIVEN to me #I felt Financially VIOLATED#An in store credit is an INSULT for I will NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND
