Review: [redacted] was paid 95% of the total bill to do a contracted amount of tree service,got half way through the job and took the money and never came back to finish the job.Desired Settlement: grind the 16+ stumps and remove the trees and brush he left.as per contract.

Review: 2.17.14On Jan 12, 14 [redacted] from [redacted] Adams Tree Service came to my home. We signed a contract to have 4 trees taken down within that week. I gave him a deposit of $700 because I had used him in the past. It has been a month today and no trees have been taken down. We were communicating by phone now we are communicating thru text. After a week went by he said he couldnt do the job and he would refund my money. That turned into a wild goose chase with him telling me that he was going to bring me the money in person or he had mailed the money and he had not. Finally I just told him I just want the trees taken down. Now this has turned into another 3 weeks of him saying he will be over tomorrow and nothing. He texted me a couple of days ago saying that he would be over tomorrow and nothing. At this point I just want the trees taken down without getting the runaround yet again. I texted him today 2.17.14 to ask him what was his timetable. He responded back with he would need the rest of the money before he would do the job. I responded back that I have already given you $700 and you will get the rest when the job is complete. He finally agreed to do the job this week. This has been going on long enough and I want some resolution to the matter. Here is his business information below:The email on his business card is:[redacted] some reason this wouldnt work when I was filing the complaint.Desired Settlement: All I want at this point is for the 4 trees to be taken down per our contract. Once this is done to my satisfaction I will give him the rest of the money I owe him.

Review: We entered into a contract February 4, 2014 for this company to remove some trees on our property. We gave him a $2100 deposit that he cashed. He has not performed the services nor has he returned any of our calls. We were in touch with the former forman that said that he is no longer employeed with this company. He also stated that he has received numerous calls like ours. Looking for him and answers. I think we are out of $2100. What can we do?Desired Settlement: Refund immediately
