I am rejecting this response because:
at this point it has been over days since I was there I do not have a vehicle currently this is a statement on the part of Deans Auto Plaza if necessary I can have Penn Dot DMV provide proof that I do not have any vehicles registered to me currently or have been approved for any vehicle by Deans Auto Plaza the entire response from Deans is and assumes alot that isnt true to say that the approval is only good for thirty days is nonsense I get one of these advertisements every month when I walked in to Deans I gave him the approval letter and he pulled my file right up on his computer then I was told that I was NOT approved and told to leaveend of story if I was approved as Deans rep states, than I would love for them provide the Revdex.com some sort of written proof of this approval and subsequent vehicle purchase The response by Deans Auto Plaza could not be more of a Fabrication I am completely unsatisfied with this attempt to "make me go away"

To Whom It May Concern,[redacted] has stated some of what she believes is fact, we will admit, some of it is true, but I believe she has left out a few points. My name is Bruce W[redacted] and I am the General Manager of Deans Auto Plaza. When this deal started we struggled to come to terms on what she...

wanted to make the deal. We never laid eyes on the bike nor did we ever see the title. When asked how many miles were on the [redacted] motorcycle, she responded with 62000. We made the deal and gave them a trade value based on that amount of miles. We made this deal pending seeing motorcycle as we always do. (of course we were taking customers statement as truth concerning mileage.) I , personally was off on day that actual paper signing took place and admittedly the title issue, "True mileage unknown" slipped by with no one noticing, until I came in the next work day and saw it. Facts, I believe she left out, was what she knew when they bought Motorcycle.(Not Actual Mileage is printed directly above name on title, making it very obvious, as designed to do by the State title dept....) This by law has to be disclosed to buyer, by seller. The fact that the title has "not actual mileage" on it, directly effects value of motorcycle. We immediately called [redacted], told her of what we found and she said she needed to call her husband. She also stated to salesperson Nikki, when explained situation, "well the deal is already done" With that statement, it would mean to us that she did know what was on title and never once did she state to us, that they had no knowledge of title situation, when they bought motorcycle. We asked for additional money to cover the major decrease in value of motorcycle because of this title branding. We called her 2 times and texted once (far from harassing), and she never returned one phone call or text after initial contact. I, at this point, made the decision to just take the loss and move on. We believe we have a civil case in this matter, but because of the expense to bring this to trial it would offset any gains we would make on motorcycle. Most interesting on this whole deal, is if this was reversed, customer would have more rights than we as a business would have. Her trying to make this seem like our fault is laughable, and the fact she is trying to smear us through the Revdex.com is even more unbelievable. We have given up on trying to get anything to make this fair to all. As said previously, we have stopped calling her within a few days after seeing this obvious deception. We wish [redacted] well and hope she continues her credit rebuilding that our bank has provided for her in this transaction. We worked hard to secure financing for her and her husband due to their past credit issues and unlike other dealerships, we even gave her time to make payments on the down payment required by the bank. Of course, not being appreciated for that and only making this sound like we are trying to harass them is disheartening, but at the end of the day, we take pride in the fact that we were completely above board on this transaction and we can continue to do the right thing as we do on all the deals, for all of our customers including [redacted].Thank you, Bruce W[redacted] GM, ###-###-####

To Whom It May Concern:[redacted] had stopped into our dealership sometime over 30 days ago. We know it was past this number of days because his approval is only good for thirty days. Information on specifics, i.e. price of car he was looking at, trade value, money down, and amount owed on trade...

are no longer accessible to us. (He purchased his current vehicle somewhere other than Dean's Auto Plaza)One thing we can tell you is that he was approved. We have a bank that approves %100 of the customers that we submit our applications to. (He currently has an outstanding loan with this co.). More than likely, and this would just be speculation on our part, but he was approved as all are and the requirements attached to the approval, such as money down could not be met. Also knowing that he has an outstanding loan with this co. would lead us to believe that he is still in a negative equity position concerning his trade. Again this would be speculation because his approval was deleted from our database after 30 days.We advertise %100 Credit Approval, because this is true and we have helped 1000's achieve this goal since we have been open. For [redacted] to claim otherwise is false. He was not denied credit as he states, but more than likely could not meet requirements to satisfy the approval as stated in previous paragraph.Any questions can be directed to Bruce W[redacted], General Sales Manager, Dean's Auto Plaza. ([redacted].Thank You,Bruce W
