This is in regards to additional correspondence you have forwarded on behalf of ID # [redacted] .It is always our mission to serve happy residentsWe are disappointed ID # [redacted] has not been satisfiedThe last correspondence outlined a series of improvements offered as goodwill, including providing a new granite kitchen countertopID# [redacted] was also provided a number of other goodwill options, including extending the unconditional day satisfaction guarantee, allowing her to vacate without penalty.In the interim, the [redacted] office will continue to service her maintenance requests, and provide professional serviceIn addition to all services outlined prior, ID# [redacted] continues to request that her appliances be replacedThose appliances were inspected and serviced on several occasion and found to be operating well, relatively modern, and consistent with the level found in most of the units.If the appliances were judged to be defective, they would be replacedWhile we bend backwards to offer a friendly, supportive residential environment, it is ineffective to replace fully functional appliances.If ID # [redacted] is not fully satisfied by her apartment, or feels she is not getting her value, she may provide notice of her intent to vacate and under the terms of our unconditional guarantee, extended for her benefitAll early termination penalties will be waived and her financial legal responsibilities will cease as soon as the apartment has been returned without damages.ID [redacted] spoke disparagingly of other Lindy CommunitiesYet, today, Lindy Communities provides housing to over families in Northeast PhiladelphiaOccupancy is exceptionally high in all four communities in a very competitive marketOur mission is to ensure a very high level of customersatisfaction, and we regret our failure to date in this specific circumstance.Thank you for your attention and we hope this addressed your questions.Sincerely,Alan Lindy Lindy Communities

Thank you for your letter of July and for giving us the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by *** ***I am the Regional Manager overseeing the property and personally worked with Ms***.Ms***s signed a lease agreement and accepted possession
of apartment L-104, at *** *** apartments, leased as a “Moderate” upgradeSee took the apartment unseen prior to moving inAfter taking occupancy she reported a number of defectsSome of those were verified and those were addressedA chip in the counter top was noted and the counter was replaced, upgraded to granite on both sides of the kitchenThe toilet was replaced and the cabinets received a new lining.Ms***s also requested that her appliances to also be replaced; she was Seeking new appliances and felt her rent justified those appliancesYet, upon inspection, the appliances were in decent condition and reflected the condition of the vast majority of appliances throughout *** ***They are modern, but not newAnd that they were professionally cleaned before she took occupancy.Ms***s was never advised the appliances would be new, and *** ***'s policy is to retain them unless they are defectiveMaintenance has inspected the appliances on several occasions and each time verified they operated well.Noting her objection, Ms ***s was reminded of the company's day guarantee, offering her the option of terminating her lease, without penalty and being responsible only for the days she occupied the apartmentShe responded that she would vacate only if she was not charged for any of her time in the apartment, and if she was guaranteed receiving full reimbursement on the day vacating the apartment.As a sign of cooperation, through the Revdex.comwe are able to offer:Extend the day unconditional guarantee up to daysIf so, for any reason, up to days of taking occupancy, she is interested in vacating her apartment, she may do so and be responsible only the rent prorated on the time of her occupancyShe would be released from the remaining terms of her leaseShe may transfer to another Lindy Community apartment in Northeast Philadelphia (*** ***, *** *** *** and or *** ***), with the market rent of the selected apartmentSome of the newly renovated apartments have the appliances she seeks

I am rejecting this response because:
Im so happy were exchanging photos cause I can show you how I've been living. A series of improvements offered as GOODWILL" so was the countertop not damage are you sure your aware of your business. and Goodwill options. I spoke with the maintenance and clearly stated it doesn't work regardless of what that thermometer read I'm the one who suggested they bring one.  You BEND BACK WARDS TO OFFER FRIENDLY SUPPORTIVE residential environment. I will gladly go door to door and take a survey of communities if you like. I'm so happy for all these written statements as PROFF when the time calls. I have SO MANY PHOTOS but it's not giving me the option to add more than 4.
