This is a continuation of the previous review I just submittedI am at the DMV to get the tags and registration for my Nissan Pathfinder I purchased from Joshua Motors on, 11/25/15, and the woman tells me I have to pay a $ penalty because I've waited more than weeks from the issue date of the title to register the carIf the title wasn't mailed to the wrong address this wouldn't have happened(I never was even asked if I wanted the title mailed to me.) I paid the fine and am finally finished with this run around mess

We purchased the[redacted] VIN# [redacted] from ABC auction of Lancaster PA. Whenwe purchased the [redacted] we opted to have the option to post saleinspect the vehicle for an additional fee in which they inspected the motor,transmission, differentials, and frame. Joshua Motors also supplies as acourtesy to all of our customers an Auto Check which reported no frame damage.[redacted] signed our acknowledgement form stating that Joshua Motors doesnot endorse, warrant, or guarantee any statements or information contained inthe vehicle history report, and is limited to the disclosure of known damage orprior repairs. All of our customers are given a 30-day temporary tag, andinformed that they will receive their tags and registration in a timely matterbefore their temporary tag expires.We ask that youplease keep in mind; [redacted] disclosed that there was an open recall on certain2005 through [redacted] vehicles to [redacted]. [redacted] purchased a 2004 Land Rover Freelander from us on April 5, 2016. When Ms. [redacted] came in she took the Land Rover for a test drive, and when she returned they negotiated her price. She then left with the vehicle to get her money, and while she was out she stopped at her mechanic to get the vehicle checked out. Her mechanic said the vehicle checked out great, but it may need a belt. She said she would handle it herself being the fact we negotiated the price. Ms. [redacted] informed us that the windshield was leaking, and the cruise control didn’t work. We proceeded to inform her to stop in and we would call the glass installer because the windshield was recently installed and have the issue fixed. She then later informed us she cannot afford to get the belt fixed, nor her insurance and portrayed buyer’s remorse. Ms. [redacted] came to the dealership on April 7, 2016 with a customer referral to buy a vehicle from Joshua Motors. We asked her about the Revdex.com complaint, and she said she was just a little confused and will be contacting you to terminate the complaint. Review: Customer Service Is Horrible. Company Has Been Promising Me A CD Changer Which Was Advertised When I Purchase The Car 9 months Ago. About A Month Ago A Representative From Their Company Called & Said That They Will Send It. Since Then They Have Been Very Nasty On Phone Conversations and When I Asked 2 Speak 2 The Owner They Hang Up And They Said That's There Is No ManagerDesired Settlement: I Would Love 2 Speak 2 The Owner To Let Him Know The Kind Of Business He's Running & I Would Like My Part (CD Changer) Delivered

This issue has been resolved. We have put a CD changer in the mail. We must of not had clear communication as to how she would received it.We spoke to her this morning.Also we did respond however perhaps we did not do it properly.Thank you and have a great day,

This is a continuation of the previous review I just submitted. I am at the DMV to get the tags and registration for my Nissan Pathfinder I purchased from Joshua Motors on, 11/25/15, and the woman tells me I have to pay a $25 penalty because I've waited more than 2 weeks from the issue date of the title to register the car. If the title wasn't mailed to the wrong address this wouldn't have happened. (I never was even asked if I wanted the title mailed to me.) I paid the fine and am finally finished with this run around mess.

Review: I received a written certification from Joshua Motors that there are no issues with the frame. My bank found the recall from [redacted] that there was a recall on the vehicle that I purchased and to have it check by [redacted]. I had it check by [redacted] of Vineland and they informed me that the frame was perforated and had several holes all over the frame and that the truck is unsafe to drive and they will need to keep it until a new frame can be installed. I still do not have the registration or the tags for truck that Joshua Motors is suppose to supply, so I called to talk with a manager about returning the vehicle or some sort of compensation since I will not be able to use the vehicle for at least 6 months to possible 8 months. His response was that he had a certification in his hand stating there were no issues with the frame and they are not willing to do anything. I have already spent nearly $400 on a tune up and other maintenance that need to be done on the truck. I am also filing a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs division and will file a complaint with the NJ State Attorney Generals Office. I didn't purchase a truck for it to sit on a lot for 6 to 8 months waiting for it to be repaired and deemed safe to drive.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my money, the interest that has accrued on the loan, and repayment for maintenance work that has been performed.

I am rejecting this response because:I have now found they have committed fraud and I have the proof. The Auto Check that they provided is not for my vehicle because the vin number does not match the vin number of the vehicle I purchased. I contacted Auto Check and found that the vehicle I purchased had been in an accident and this was never disclosed to me. Had I been informed that this vehicle was in an accident I would not have purchased it. I have made attempts to work this out but the manager refuses to work with me and I asked to speak with the owner and I have not heard from them either. I now have no choice but to file fraud charges with the State of New Jersey and my lawyer will be filling suit against Joshua Motors.

As per our conversation I personally met with Mr [redacted] on July 27th of this year.We had a very amicable conversation.We intend to handle his concerns in the very near future as I am waiting on the auction to respond called ABC Lancaster as to not fully checking the frame on the vehicle he purchased.He was very respectful and I intend to have closure on this matter in the near future.
