NO Response despite several emails and multiple phone calls
Purchased a JS-36-0-R mens watch. Have 4 emails to JS and called leaving multiple messages...no response. The crystal fogs up, unable to see time. Watch never exposed to humidity or water. Obviously, JS customer service non-existent. DO NOT PRODUCT FROM THEM unless you are prepared to own the defects.

Review: I purchased a watch as a Christmas gift, and after my brother had opened it, he noticed it wasn't working. I took it to a local jeweler, who told me that the watch was broken. I called Joshua & Sons in order to find out how to get it fixed. I was told I could send it in (I pay for shipping), they would fix it and send it back because it was still within 3 months of purchase. I sent the watch on 2/**/15, which they received on 2/**/15. I have not heard from them regarding the watch, and it has not been sent back to me. I have called them multiple times and have left 5 voice messages to find out the status of the repair. Nobody answers the phone when I call and I have not received a phone call back.Desired Settlement: I want an update of my repair and I want the watch sent back to me repaired.

Review: I received a watch (Joshua & Sons Men's JS715BK Swiss Quartz Multi-Function Watch) as a present for Christmas 2012. Shortly after receiving it (three months after) the watch stopped working. I replaced the battery and it still did not work. We contacted the company via their website (http[redacted]) on March **, 2013. We received an email on March **, 2013 with the following information: Hello [redacted], As per your request I am providing you with instructions of how to proceed with your watch repair. Please send your watch back to us with the following. 1. Just include that it was a gift 2. Note describing the problem with the watch 3. Contact information 4. $15.00 Check or money order made out for TWI Watches for shipping and handling. Our shipping address is Akribos Repair Center [redacted] For any further questions or concerns don't hesitate to contact me. _______________________________________________________ [redacted] | TWI Watches r Phone: ###-###-#### | E-mail: [redacted] We sent the watch out via USPS with the tracking number [redacted] which indicated that it was delivered on March**, 2013. I have reached out the [redacted] on numerous occasions (April *, May **, May ** and May **) with no response. I also had sent them a $15 check, per the instructions above, (Check #[redacted] dated on 3/**/2013) which they cashed on 4/**/2013.Desired Settlement: I believe the business has a responsibility of providing timely feedback to their customers. I would like the company whether Joshua & Sons Watches, TWI Watches (which I was directed to via their website) or Akribos Repair Center to complete the repair so the watch is in like NEW condition, replace the watch, Joshua & Sons Men's JS715BK Swiss Quartz Multi-Function Watch, with the same one, or provide me a check for $115 ($99.99 for the watch (I have a receipt from my wife) plus $15 for the check they cashed which they never shipped the watch back with). You may speak to my wife, [redacted], or myself, [redacted] regarding this complaint.

I’ve contacted the customer directly earlier today and we have settled the matter. We have sent her a return shipping label via email and she will be sending the watch back to us for repair.

We have also waived the $15.00 return shipping fee for the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me however please refer below.

As it stands the company has identified a logical solution however the original purpose of this complaint was the timeliness in the repair process. We will be sending the watch out for repair again. Attached please find [redacted] and my coorespondence regarding our next steps. She specifically states and agrees to the note that will accompany the watch to the repair shop this time. In the note it clearly states a turn around timeframe of one week to three weeks.
