Customer failed to mentioned that her vehicle was dropped off on 5/11/for repairs Her car sat at the shop for over a year before contacting the shop to approve repairs of which a gentleman over his 80's whom she gives care to came in and paid the repairs for her After the car sat at the shop for over a year, keeping in mind that the car was towed in her starter was not operating at the time we tried to start the vehicle Called the customer with estimate of to install the starter she approved it and we installed the starter After we installed the starter we did not hear from the customer for over months again until I called her and gave her her last opportunity to pick up her vehicle before impounding the carMs [redacted] also failed to inform you that she has my personal cell phone & email address and she never called the cell phone, text or e-mailed me how she has in the past Prove of text an e-mails available upon request by the Revdex.com Ms [redacted] needs to be informed that I am in the tire and auto repair business with her car sitting on my lot for almost years the last thing I want to do is steel her used tires Which if I had intentions of stealing I would have stolen the whole car with a mechanics lean on the vehicle which I was entitled to after approving the repairs and taking almost two years to pay it as the car sat on my premises for almost two years with no contact from her It was never my intention to charge her for storage fees it was her bank that called me wanting to reposes her car It was the bank that I was charging the storage fee and repairs since they wanted to reposes her car for non payment and I had to get paid for my services.Thank you call me if you have any further questions [redacted]
