Joshua's Discount Auto Parts

Review: This business is using used, and defective electrical parts (voltage regulator) to remanufacture alternators, and starters for cars. I personally saw the employee try to rebuild an alternator with junk parts, It took him two tries to fix the alternator that was bought at the Charter Way location, eventually I had to buy an alternator from a reputable auto-parts store because I couldn't count on the workmanship and electronic parts that Joshua's Discount Auto Parts was supplying. They have exchange only policy which they cannot honor because they kept giving me a defective alternator because they use parts that are from junked out cars that do not work.Desired Settlement: I had to go buy another alternator at [redacted]'s Auto-Parts Store because they could not fix the alternator they sold me.
