Review: I asked [redacted] to clean my house. The second time she did she broke the Glass table top on my dining room table. I kept asking when she would replace it she kept saying next weekend. The last time she cleaned my house I was home and asked her again to please replace the table top it has been a few months of asking. She said she would clean my house until the debt was paid off. I would have agreed except the last day they cleaned like I said I was there and placed $300 dollars cash in my dresser. I went to the grocery store and when I got back they were gone and I noticed the job was not completed. The next day I looked and noticed the $300 dollars was gone. So I called her and she said she nor her helper took the money but would still pay for the table top since I did not want her returning. It has now been 3 1/2 months and still no table top or money has been given.Desired Settlement: Refund of money that was stolen and replacement of the Glass Table Top or money estimated at 250.00 plus delivery of 100.00

Recibi la información que me envio de la queja puesta por la sra. [redacted] respecto a el accidente de el vidrio de su mesa y de 300.00 dlls que la sra. perdió!!! Yo inicie a trabajar para la sra. [redacted] el dia Abril 04 del 2013 limpieza general de su casa, trabajo por el cual ella me pagaría 80.00dlls por cada visita, efectivamente la segunda vez a la que acudi a su casa fue el miércoles abril 17 de 2013, al querer limpiar bien el área de el comedor trate de mover el vidrio de su mesa y desafortunadamente se quebró como la sra. no hiba a llegar antes de que yo terminara le deje una nora explicándole lo que paso y ella me llamo por la noche muy comprensiva primero via telefónica al ofrecerme a pagarlo me dijo que no me preocupara que ella entendia que había sido un accidente y que al momento de reemplazarlo yo pagara la mitad y ella pagaría la otra mitad yo le dije que me diera oportunidad de investigar cuanto costaba y que le informaba para comprarlo a lo que ella respondio que no había ninguna prisa que ella entendia y en fin bien comprehensiva, todavía volvi a la casa de la sra [redacted] en 05/02 sin contratiempos, para la visita de el siguiente servicio de limpieza que fue el 05/15 le llame para confirmar un dia anterior y me dijo que si fuera pero que no tenia dinero para pagarme que si me podía dar un cheque postfechado asta el dia 24 de mayo, yo accedi porque asi lo manejo en ocaciones al limpiar su casa ella no me dejo ni siquiera el cheque postfechado y le llame y me dijo que lo había olvidado y quedamos en que me lo daría junto con el de la siguiente vez, la ultima vez que acudi a su casa fue el dia 05/30/2013 ella se encontraba ahí junto con su hija hicimos el servicio como siempre efectivamente ella salio pero cuando regreso ahí estábamos todavía limpiando después volvió a salir y me dio 2 cheques de 80.00 dlls cada uno para pagarme la limpieza anterior y la de ese momento le comente que ya había visto lo del vidrio y que me costaba 200.00 ella me dijo que lo había visto en internet en 150.00 quedamos en que ella lo encargaría en el internet y le devolví en se momento los dos cheques y los rompió delante de mi quedamos entonces que solo le paragia el delivery y de hecho me dijo que se lo pagara con la siguiente vez que limpiara en vez de pagarme será para el delivery, la sra salio,terminamos el trabajo y nos fuimos,nunca me llamo ese mismo dia ni el siguiente para ninguna queja ni nada, la Sra [redacted] me llamo 5 días después y me dijo solamente que se le habían desaparecido 300.00 dlls de adentro de un mueble no me dijo en que parte de la casa, nosotros jamas abrimos cajones y asi se lo hice saber me dijo que le preguntara a mi compañera de trabajo y asi lo hice me volvió no me volvió a llamar y pensé que lo había encontrado porque ya no tuvimos comunicación después a la semana siguiente me envio un mensaje de texto diciéndome que si no le pagaba los 300.00 su hija hiba a poner en mi fb lo sucedido que le pagara porque ya no la podía controlar, a lo que le respondi que yo siempre me hago responsable de lo que efectivamente es mi responsabilidad como lo hice con lo del vidrio que solamente le debo lo del delivery que son 50.00 pero que jamas mire ningún dinero, en su casa nunca vi ningún dinero asi que yo como le dije a ella estoy dispuesta a pagar lo del delivery del vidrio porque ella ya se quedo con 160.00 de dos limpiezas de su casa que de ninguna manera me hiba a dejar amenazar, depues me dijo que ella podía arruinar mi negocio y hacer que yo no pudiera volver a trabajar limpiando casas que le pagara o que lo haría a lo que yo no accedi, estoy muy preocupada y triste por esta situación pero definitivamente quiero arreglar este problema lo mas pronto que sea posible, estoy a su disposición para cualquier duda [redacted]. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] I did not tell her that we would split it half way. I did say the first time it was an accident, but she would have to pay. She asked to give her the weekend and I said yes that was fine. But after 3 weekends I asked her again and she said this weekend. It kept going on, finally I paid her the two checks I owed her. OUr agreement was " I will tear up the checks totally $160.00, if she would work two more times and have her husband due the yard one time. The cost of the table top with shipping and installing is well under the cost of the deal. The deal is nill and void since the extra work was never performed due to her stealing the money from me. I could not allow back in the house knowing that she took the $300.00. She stated she never went in the drawers, however their were clothes put away and hair ties put in drawers. How did they get in there if she did not open the drawers. It still stands that she owes for the table top, shipping and installation along with the $300.00 (less the 160.00). If she is interested in resolving the matter I will give her a total.

And the fact that I said I would ruin her business, I feel like I should warn people about the irresponsible people they are for not paying for the table top (that she admitted she broke) and that the $300.00 disappeared the day they were cleaning and I put the money in the drawer the same day. They were not there when I returned and it was left as not completed work. i.e. trash not emptied and dishes in sink, refrigerator not clean, etc. It seemed like they were in a hurry to leave after they discovered the money.
