Review: The gardner, J[redacted], turned out to be a dishonest man. He quoted us for services in our garden that he never really delivered. When we contacted him several times in regard to the incomplete work he always promised to come back and fix the problems he had left behind. He never came back (of course, after he got paid for the job before even starting the job!). The main problem is that he had promised to put new hoses in the garden. It turns out that he used his own broken hoses which are nothing but wast of water. Given the fact that CA is facing drought, we feel that this action of Jose not only is irresponsible, but as well violates the existing regulations concerning the limited water usage.Desired Settlement: Refund, repair/replacement of hoses, or litigation for unfinished work.
