Review: I was charged for product that was not received. The product that WAS paid for was being held until I payed for the product I didn't receive. Once the $110.00 was paid in cash ( for product I didn't get ) then my sons cap and gown ( which was paid for ) was released for graduation the next day. They hold you hostage the day before graduation with comments like,,,I guess your son will be walking without a cap and gown tomorrow unless this is paid. Hence AGAIN....for product NEVER received.

Business' Initial Response

The company states that the consumer ordered a large package in the Fall and they were billed in the Spring. The clothing items and key ring were drop shipped, and the company received confirmation from UPS showing that the package was accepted in January. The consumer had not yet paid for the order at that time.

The company went to the school to deliver the cap and gown before graduation, and they found that the consumer had tried to go through the Booster Club for her cap and gown. They contacted her and informed her that she would be unable to pick up her cap and gown without paying them for the items she had received in January. The consumer ended up paying for the items she had received so that she could get her cap and gown. The consumer then proceeded to file this complaint.

The consumer only paid for what she received and nothing more. She is not entitled to a refund.

If you look at the tracking information that they provided it says "meet customer man" I don't know how many times I have to say this product was never received. If the product was received I would have paid for it in February when they said the order was declined. Very disappointed with the way Josten's handles their customers. We will never use their service again and our school is looking into another company to handle our students needs!

Review: I ordered graduation invitations for my daughter on March 18, 2015. My checked cleared the bank on April 10th, 2015. We were told that our invites would be done at the beginning of May. We just heard that they will not be completed until May 20th. My daughter's graduation starts June 5th. I have asked for a refund, which was refused. I asked for her invitations to be printed immediately as I needed to send them out this last week. I have left a phone message and I have sent two separate e-mails with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to me as I have had to order new announcments.
