Review: The products they really sold are totally different as their pictures. Quality of their products is very very low. I purchased three of their products. One was broken after two days I received. Two of them are faked. I cannot image that I spent $109 to purchase a fake Jade nacklace. Their customer service on the phone is very bad. I searched the Revdex.com and found that their did not register at Revdex.com and then I try to persuade myself that I got cheated and there is no way to get my money back. You can check their web. Price of products they list online is lie. For example, a Minnie Mouse Pendant, they list price is changed from $109 to $34. However, the same product to the product is $12 in the walmart. The web keeps on post how great "deal" their sales are in dealsea, dealmoon, dealam. By this way, they kept on trapped some customers just as me.The product they provide at picture and quality is totally different as their real products. If I cannot return my product, it is fine to me. I got my lesson which I should never purchase from a web which never register at Revdex.com. However, I really concern that whether Revdex.com has some actor making the web stop to cheat other customers. Their web does not allow any comments. I see the web post a new "deal" at dealmoon, wrote down my personal experience and referred that they did not register at Revdex.com and I could not complain. Another customer been cheated by them told me that I still can file a complain at Revdex.com. And it is Revdex.com which helped her get return. I hope Revdex.com can look at history is jewelry.com and did some investigation, give the web some penalty and make the web stop lied to others. Review: I recently purchased a Love Universe Rose Lucite Bangle from jewelry.com for $190 plus $10 shipping with the order number [redacted]. In their advertisement, it shows that it is made by Sterling Silver. It turns out that it is made by plastic. Moreover, the price tag on it shows that it worth $80. I bought this for my girlfriend, and you can imagine what trouble they made to me. So I complained to them just to have a full refund of my payment as well as the cost to return to them. They rejected my request even after they fraud me into purchasing their product.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund of $190 purchase plus $10 shipping plus the cost of shipping back to jewelry.com.

I am writing in response to customer complaint ID# [redacted]. We were sorry to

hear that [redacted] was disappointed with his purchase and certainly value our

customers and will do everything we can to make them happy.

Upon receiving the complaint I personally looked into the matter and found that

the product description featured on the site is very clear and accurate. (see

link below)

The two customer concerns...

A.) Plastic: In the product description we mention that the bangle is lucite on

two separate occasions. Lucite is a very durable, thick plastic that is carved

or molded and often used in jewelry.

B.) Sterling Silver: In the product description we state on two separate

occasions that the piece has "14k Rose Gold over Sterling Silver".

In addition to mentioning both of these issue twice in the body of the

description the consumer also can see an actual picture to give them a visual

of how the exact piece looks like. We go to great lengths to include as much

information in the descriptions and exact details in the image to ensure the

consumer see's what they are ordering.

At Jewelry.com our goal is to exceed our valued customers expectations. We have

a 30 day return policy which [redacted] exercised and was issued a credit for

$190.00 on 8/**. In addition, we also issued a $20.00 credit on 8/** to cover

any shipping charges that might have been incurred.

We hope that this satisfies [redacted] and that he is a Jewerly.com customer for

life.
