Joule Energy

Review: I got solar panels installed on my house a little over a year ago by Joule Solar Energy. They promised their panels would produce 10,637 kWh of power for the first year. If not, they would pay me double the different at the current energy rate. My panels produced 10,165 kWy of power for the first year. At 11 cents, that comes out to $103.84 that they owe me. I have contacted several different people by email for the past month, and no one answers my emails. I have also called and left messages and sent messages through their website and no on has contacted me yet.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to mail me a check for the $103.84 that they promised me when I signed up for their solar panels. Also, a reply by email from someone in less than a month would be nice.
