Review: ON March [redacted] 2014 my daughter and nine of her friends went to Jour Di Nuit for her birthday. They were charged $15 a person to smoke hookah. After they paid the money, [redacted] said they had a private party and they could not stay. [redacted] refused to give the kids their money back. He should have explained this to the them before he charged.Desired Settlement: $150
