3/16/2020 I emailed them about my missing my free Thermofoam mask that was to be included in my Amazon order. They emailed me back saying they will send me one.
4/11/2020 I emailed them again telling them I have not received the free thermofoam mask yet.
5/3/2020 - nothing received and no correspondence from seller.

Other (requires explanation) I would like my free thermofoam mask as promised.
We have sent out a mask to this customer in April of 2020, we believe we have an incorrect address for her and I am reaching out to her again to get a new updated address.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has created on our customer and will take full care of her.

Thank you for understanding that shipping companies have had a field day with our shipments during this Covid-19 time.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It was never sent out - I gave them my address 3 separate times. This time they said it went out in April (tracking number above)- it went out June 2nd and just arrived today June 8th. Although it is not the THERMOFOAM mask as promised - it is however just a mask with a thin layer of material (no thermofoam).
They have offered through Amazon a full refund, so if the goes through then I will accept this response.
