Response from Missouri Land Company to the Revdex.com claim made by [redacted]

In response to the claim we are providing information to dispute this claim line by line.
1. The City of Park Hills Missouri, following inspection,...

granted occupancy permits for both buildings on or about 12/6/14. There after Mr. [redacted] began renting units.
2. Well wire has been fixed numerous times by Missouri Land Company. [redacted] then damaged the wire by end of Phase II, despite it being damaged by [redacted] Missouri Land Company installed new wire on or about 5/15/15 this being not in our contract and "Owner responsibility".
3. The project was building built by "Owner" Engineer's Specifications and formerly approved after work was completed. The Sewer line extension and rerouting was discussed with and approved by signed change order [redacted] owner of "[redacted] Properties".
4. Nothing was under bid knowingly. Any overages were due to the addition of covered back porch patios, additional porch beams, furring for soffit, etc. that were added post bid and approved by "[redacted] Properties". All changes were requested by, and all change orders were approved by [redacted] Club, no duplicate expenses were incurred. All change orders were outside original contract, but made at the request of Mr. [redacted].
5. The rain, snow, ice and natural weather conditions are not controllable by Missouri Land Company and this provision is within our contract agreement with "[redacted] Properties".
6. There were no bills submitted for road repair, despite Missouri Land Company repairing the road multiple time due to natural drainage paths and weather conditions. The road was repaired multiple times during construction to satisfy not only the [redacted] but also additional property owners. [redacted] Properties even sought out advise with Missouri Land Company to contact the other property owner to help resolve easement issues.
7. There will be no liens filed once payment is granted. In the event there is deemed contractual breech Missouri Land Company will seek damages through legal process.
8. All shower handles are installed per Contract and plan specifications. All water meters are also installed per contract and plan specifications inspected and approved by the City of Park Hills.
9. Missouri land Company repaired water leak and mitigated any issues in a timely manner, upon discovery and notice.
10. Damage to well line was repaired and paid for by Missouri Land Company. Additional damage has occurred by actions of At&t, and this damage was not related to construction or previous damage "Owner responsibility".
11. The drainage pipe was inadvertently covered during construction, but the pipe has been located and cleared and is now functioning properly and caused no issue.
12. Any and all overages on change orders were discussed with, and approved by [redacted], before execution. This statement is untrue and is being overlapped with other change orders.
13. 36 parking curbs have been installed per our agreement.
14. Occupancy was granted December 6th, 2014, residence could move in at that time and did.
15. Relocation of rock and debris was approved by [redacted]. After grading of lot all construction debris was removed and disposed of.
Consumers Desired Resolution:
All have been met and exceeded, and final payment has still not been released.
