I received the letter from the Revdex.com and responded to it some time ago I am an independant kirby distributor with a service department to service any kirby customers in a proffesional manner but when it comes to contract disputes the customer has to call and talk to the office where she purchased the product If she does not know, in her manual there is the Kirby companys toll free number and with the serial number of her product they can tell her wich independant distribuitorship sold her that vacuum We keep records of our office customers and this specific customer did not purchased the kirby from our Chula Vista office I think this complaint is invalid as we think the customer has called the distributor that sold her the product and the Revdex.com mixed that office with ours in its records thank yoi

I bought the vaccum from a salesman who came to my doorOn my contract it says the salesman works for the chula vista office, I have also called the chula vista office numerous times to sort out this matter and they have recognized that I did in fact purchase a vaccum from someone who worked for that location, at least from my understanding they didI have already gotten a lawyer involved because the kirby company seems unwilling to help solve this dispute or acknowledge that there is a problem, for it has been close to months now and the problem is still on-going

We contacted the customer by phone and talked to customer.The customer states that she apologizes for sending this letter to the Revdex.comThe letter was written by her teenage son and she doesn't speak
englishAfter the purchase, and is not $3145, its a Retail installment contract for
1999+taxthe customer's job cut her hours and she has a gov law cooling period of business daysShe never called our office before writing the letter to the Revdex.com She wants to cancel contract due to financial reasons not for unsatisfactory reasons due to service problems on our staffs part We explain the procedure with the finance company and gave her options for a payment agreement

In mrs Stewarts case, a letter of cancellation was never received until a telephone
call from the customer...

more than 90 days after the purchase.Every customers purchase is verified with customers via telephone by our office as part
of our service and by the finance company before finalizing any loan and in those phone
calls there was no statement from the customer in their intent to cancel the purchase

Review: This company forced me to buy vaccuum they came into my home and didn't take a now for an answer, I felt as thought my rights of me being in my home were being broken. I told them twice to leave but they stayed to show me how the machine worked, after long hours of being in my home they decided to make me fill some papers papers that I didn't read since there english they did some good talk saying I was qualified with discounts and since I have low income it helps me. Now I don't have money to pay something I don't need and forced to have.Desired Settlement: I just want them to take the machine back and have no further communication or anything to do with this company. An address to mail back the machine as soon as posible.

Review: I purchased a kirby vacuum cleaner on August 14 2014. I was harassed by the salesman into buying the vacuum in the first place, after I tried telling him no I was not interested for over an hour he still insisted I buy the vacuum. My husband is deployed so I was alone, at this time. and even when I made it clear I wanted him to leave he would not. He invaded my privacy and asked to see my bedroom which I had to tell him many times I was not comfortable with. Then he proceed to use the bathroom, and was in there for about 15 minutes. Eventally I gave in and agreed on a payment just to get him to leave. He told me the total price would be $1300, but when I later looked at my contract it said $2364. He did not mention this to me and I did not notice until later that night. The credit check for the vacuum Is in my husband's name and I have a power of attorney paper I used to sign the papers in his name. The next day, August 15th 2014 I talked to my husband and we decided that it was a bad idea and we could not afford it right now, for we have many other financial burdens, on top of the fact that the vacuum I was given does not even work properly. I sent in the return request for that was attached onto my contract, and never heard back from the company and no one came by to pick up my vacuum. I have called the company multiple times since theno requesting to cancel the vacuum, and they keep saying I cannot return it. now a month later the company is still saying they did not receive the notice of cancellation and is saying I am not allowed to cancel and return my vacuum and stop payments or my husband's credit will be ruined. The contract said I had three days to decide to cancel and I cancelled within one day. I cannot afford the vacuum, and when I tried to explain the situation to the company they were very rude and unwilling to work out the situation.Desired Settlement: I want to return the vacuum and cancel all future payments and any refunds for any amount of money the company removes from my bank account.
