In doing some initial research into this cruise booking I have learned that [redacted] was able to get a full refund back to Mr ***'s credit card for the actual money that he had charged on his credit cardThere were several brothers involved in this booking and [redacted] was never in contact with [redacted] in making these reservations the brother [redacted] made the bookingI will continue to follow up once I am back in the office in regards to exact amounts if monies paid and refunded Thank you [redacted] ***
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
