Joy Garden

Review: On Tuesday March 24, 2015 I phoned in my dinner order my dinner to Joy Garden. When I went to the restaurant to pay for and pick up my food my debit card was charged for the amount but the employees would not give me my paid for order. They said my card was declined. I then checked my bank statement on my phone. My debit card was charged for the amount the man charged my card for. He told me my card was declined but I would be refunded the charged $12.25 and I should see the refund back onto my card in a week. I was very upset to have my had debit card charged and the amount debited from my card as shown on my bank statement without receiving my order I paid for. If my card was declined how could I receive a refund in what they said would take over a week? The two employees who I talked to were very rude. The lady who I talked to constantly rolled her eyes at me and she and the other man would talk to each other in their original language knowing perfectly well I did not understand what it was they were talking about. Desired Settlement: All I would like to see done is my card refunded the amount I was charged for.
