My expectations were exceeded when I finished communicating with Michaela ***, Travel Consultant at Joyride Travel, Inc. I contacted Michaela via email and requested a quote for my birthday cruise. Her response time was pronto and the quote was very affordable for a group cruise. Cruise booking is still in planning stage for 2020. However, I did book an Alaska cruise with Michaela at Joyride Travel, Inc. Her professionalism, patience and excellent customer service will definitely make me a repeat customer for all my travel needs.
I just completed my first ever booking through a travel agent and could not believe how simple it was. *** was such a pleasure to work with. Hardly any time of my own was spent planning, she took care of every single detail (including some I had not thought of). After years of struggling while planning my own, I will definitely be letting Joyride Travel handle all my vacations from now on!
