MsFreeman purchased two items from our online store on 7/28/17: An Octopus Watch and A CompanionShe contacted us on 1/25/about a problem with the Companionand I gave her the instructions below to return the Companion.

Please carefully *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** (Companion + USB-cable + USB-wall-plug) together, ideally in the original box.
Write the following RMA Number on the outside of the box.: RMA***
Drop off the package at your post office within days
Replacement orders will be shipped after the defective unit has been received.*To expedite the shipment of your replacement order, email us with proof of shipment e.g., a postal receipt or a tracking number's updated status showing that the package is on its way to us."
On 2/13, we shipped MsFreeman's replacement Companion, which she received on 2/She reached out to us on 3/1, stating that we did not send her a new watchI explained to MsFreeman that we have no record of receiving a watch from her, and reminded her that her RMA was for a Companion only, not a watchShe claimed to have sent the watch by accident, yet it seems unlikely that a full month would go by without her realizing that the watch was missingThe item she RMA'd was an aand was not needed in order to use the watchIt was a separate item, not a part of the watchHad she reached out to us when she supposedly sent the watch, we could have alerted the warehouse staffHowever, she did not do thatShe contacted us a month after the fact, and asked for her watch back when I explained that we were not going to give her a new watchWe are not liable for unauthorized items sent in with returnsShe was explicitly told to only return the watch and charging cable.
