Joy Scottish Fold Home Reviews (%countItem)

My husband and I came across this while searching for a scottish fold and got really excited because for one they were absolutely adorable and two the price point was perfect. After reaching out to them instead of a phone call my husband received a text and I got an email.. so no one would actually speak to you. After reading everything over we started to notice alot of spelling errors and things that didnt make sense so I did some research and discovered this is nothing but a scam. They do this with dogs and cats and it looks like it's been going on since 2018. They say they have discounted puppies or kittens for sale for $400 + $100 shipping and mind you these kittens are absolute gorgeous easily where real breeders would be selling them for 1800 or more. These are nothing but stock photos on their site.. it's disgusting that they are willing to take advantage of people who wouldnt think to research them as well as people who may have just lost a pet and looking for a new one. Its disgusting.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want them shut down. I dont understand how people like this get away with these scams. They should be arrested for fraud. But at least *** them down before someone actually sends them 500 dollars.

I, ***, saw an advertisement about Scottish fold kittens. All my life I want it to own one and finally the day arrived. So when I looked into the website of the add, I emailed them for there was no phone number. They replied immediately and said to go through the pictures of the kittens and choose one so I chose HIRO. They asked for my address, phone number and if I have Zelle connected to my bank account to purchase HIRO for $400 plus $100 S&H. I sent the money and they emailed me back right away, saying I will have the kitten for next day delivery, but with the restrictions and safety in the planes for the COVID-19 I will need to send them an extra $985 for a special carriage so HIRO will not get sick on the plane. That's when I realized I have been scammed and started crying like a baby. I emailed them asking for my money back for I could not afford the extra expense of HIRO travels. They never replied my email. I lost my $500. I am reporting to the Revdex.com so it is aware of this kind of scams and notify the public so they do not fall victims like I did. Thank you!

Refund I would love my money back for I lost my job and I wanted a kitten to make me company for self-quarantining at home. A kitten to love and cuddle. But if I can get the Scottish fold kitten would be super as well!!!! Either Refund or the Kitten!

I bought a kitten from them on 4/8/2020. On 4/9/2020 it was supposed to ship with a company called National Pet Ways LTD, which I know realize is them as well. My kitten needed a specific crate, so after paying for the kitten via zelle, I paid a refundable $894. Now they need another $1400 in refundable insurance. I tried to go back to the andy scottish fold website and it was removed. Now I ask national pet ways for information, they gave me a tracking number that doesn't work, won't give me the kittens flight info until I give the $1400. I looked up the phone number and found that number was used in previous scams. I'm out $1394.

Refund I would love my money back and for others to know this is a scam. I'm so upset.

My daughter and myself were trying adopt (free from owner plus shipping) a puppy. What originally started in Tallahassee, FL but ended up from Dallas, TX. The owner supposedly has used Atlantic Petaways before with no issues. First cost was $300 for the shipping, then it was a $500 fee that was supposedly refundable on delivery via cash. Later that evening (around 8:00 pm ET) my daughter received a email stating the company needed another $500 for insurance on the dog which was also supposedly refundable via cash on delivery. All these payments had to be made via Wal-Mart gift cards. Spoke with "AKA" Robyn *** of *** Drive, Dallas, TX (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) several times last night. Around 8:45 the company sent another text to my daughter's phone stating the last gift card was already used. I told him "Robyn", that that can't because we bought the gift card with my American Express and stepped to the bench approximately 15 feet away from the register and took pictures of both the gift card numbers on the back as well as the receipt then sent to the company. After receiving this call I went back to Wal-Mart and spoke with Kevin the store manager who looked up if the card did in fact have money assigned to it, which it did, but also looked up where and when it was cashed at. Kevin told me it was cashed at a Wal-Mart twice in San Diego, CA and once in VA somewhere at a Neighborhood Market. The company denies this and states it was Wal-Mart that stolen the card information.

This Robyn *** would not deliver the puppy as promised (only can pray for the safety of the puppy if it exists) at 9:30 because I would not send him another $500 gift card in replacement of the one that was supposedly no good. I have checked with the Million Aire company in Tallahassee, FL and no flights came in from Tampa (the second sight thy claimed the puppy was waiting for us to purchase the insurance between the hours of 9:00 pm & 11:00 pm. I am also going to have the Wal-Mart mang.

Desired Outcome

Refund Want the $300, gift card for the shipping, the $500 crate charge/deposit returned and the $500 gift card that was cashed for insurance that the company claims it received but had no balance on the card. The Wal-Mart has on video of our purchase and my daughter and myself stepping over to the bench taking a picture of the receipt and card.

The seller requested advance payment but tried to request another advance payment before delivery.
After I have sent initial payment they had arranged with delivery company (or faked it) to offer thermal crate rental for $1000 and refused to deliver unless the payment is made. They also offered to return the rental amount as cash while the initial offer mentioned it included delivery costs.
They are using https://***line.com as delivery company website and communicate via email, text messages and phone calls (copies are available).

Refund Full refund in the amount of $500.

Purchase of a puppy Seller address listed as this property. Smithhavanesepuppy.com It was a scam
Purchased a puppy on the website above. Seller put this address as the business. He has a website up and I have already reported this. I transferred $500 by Zelle to buy a Havanese puppy. As soon as he got the money he stopped answering my emails and calls. I did not get the puppy as promised.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back and this person to be brought to justice

In researching a company before buying I found a related scam
I was in the process of purchasing a puppy from Smith Havanese Home. I began to notice a couple of red flags in this process. The website was actually well done but there were spelling and grammar errors that I found a little concerning. I could not find any formal complaints so I did a property search and found the address belonging to a single-family home vs a business. I also backtracked the phone number and that is where they connected with the Revdex.com and the Joy Scottish Fold Home complaint I'm selling kittens. I think that this person persons are moving from one business to another and again using zelle for money transfers. Just to be clear The Address given to me buy Smith Havanese Home is 7114 lost Canyon Drive Dallas Texas XXXXX. The phone number given was area code XXX XXX XXXX. Many of the details are the same as Joy Scottish Fold, the puppies were offered for $400 and $100 for shipping again that was pretty questionable and that is what started my research it seemed rather inexpensive in comparison to the other ones that I had been looking at. The website is http://smithhavanesehome.com/available-puppies/

Desired Outcome

As I did not transfer any money the only resolution that I am looking for is that they be reported to the Revdex.com so if somebody else is Conned to doing business with them they will have an easier time finding information about this business

They charged me for a kitten, then tried to get $1000 more then wouldn't return money like first email said they had money back guarantee
I contacted them about a kitten for my daughter, after several emails, she decided to get the kitten named bella. They had me send $500 and told me the kitten would be delivered to my house. When it came time for shipping is when the email came from the company the crate wasnt good enough and I could rent one for $1000. I emailed the kitty website saying I dont have that and they said that they've worked with them before and the money is refunded when the kitty is picked up and crate returned. Then the shipping company said I could get walmart gift cards for the amount and send them pics of the back with numbers. I kept asking to see the kitten and they wouldnt confirm they had it. They wont return my emails when I stated this or now return the money and lord only knows if the kittens are real or being abused. Plus when my daughter tries to contact them the arrangements said my house but shipped to California. I live in Pennsylvania

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund as stated in their email since at this point I dont even know if the cat exsists

I tried to buy a dog for my kids .I paid in all $1500 once they received the money .I never heard back .I have over 100 emails and txt messages saved .whatever you need I have it

Refund I want my money back in my account $500

Online fraud. Canceled my order and asked for the refund of $500 since no goods were exchanged. Company has not responded.
Was originally quoted $400 for Hiro the kitten with an additional $100 for delivery. After paying Joy Scottish Fold Home $500 via Zelle, I received another email from a supposed pet delivery service called Multi Pet Express Ltd. requesting an additional $1650 for a crate to deliver the pet. Upon receiving the email and not being able to find any information on the delivery service on Revdex.com, I responded to both parties that I wanted to cancel my order and not move forward with the sale. I also contacted the company to refund my $500 via email and text message. I have not heard a response from either company. The Zelle account that I sent the money to was ***@gmail.com under the name ***. The phone number from that company is (XXX)XXX-XXXX. The phone number to Multi Pet Express Ltd. is (XXX)XXX-XXXX. I also have emails and text messages with the correspondence from both companies if needed.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund of $500.

I PAID $500 FOR SCOTTISH FOLD KITTEN TO THIS BREEDER. I MADE PAYMENT ON SATURDAY ON 31ST AUG THROUGH *** AND THE OWNER SAID HE WILL DELIVER THE KITTEN SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY. AFTER 3 DAYS NO DELIVERY AND NO EMAIL FROM HIS SIDE. HE IS NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAIL OR RETURNING MY MONEY.
