I am unsure of what a cutter is, but will assume she is referring to the gutters? First of all, this “complaint” is by itself contradictory whereas the last line of this “complaint” states in her own words that “never has a problem until your people came in the pouring rain to cleaning them out” but then states the reason she contacted us was because initially there was a problem prior to our arrival Secondly, after the work was done on 8/15/17, the customer contacted our office on 8/18/to state that the front gutter was overflowing We sent a crew back out to check out her concerns and they stated there was a problem with the front gutter The customer was not very happy to hear the news and huon me mid-sentence Third, we offered on separate occasions to have someone meet with her and/or take photos so she can see what the issue(s) is but she refused Unfortunately, you cannot satisfy customers who are unwilling to work with others and this is a case of that

Customer engaged us to perform gutter cleaning and we never told them they would receive a call prior The work was done as requested We would be happy to provide proof, but customer never asked for any supporting documents We did have his permission to charge his credit card, and the way we obtained that information is he provided it to us upon scheduling the work

I am not asserting that the gutter has been that way for so long. I am TELLING you that it has been that way for a long time and am also providing a photo as proof to support my statement, not assertion. As far as our invoice, nowhere on the electronic invoice, which was emailed to you, is there an area which mentions any repairs. We contact customers separately, via email or phone when notes are made about needed repairs after gutter cleanings are done. Th ecrew did indicate the gutters required repair at the time of the cleaning. As far as anyone being dishonest - you are being dishonest and trying to blame us for the bad gutter, which was in a state of disrepair prior to our arrival and now using the Revdex.com complaint process as tool to get your way. The only reason you had no expectation we would fix it, is because you knew it was already broken prior to our arrival. We have called you regarding your gutter issues numerous times, with no answer. As far as you being a year old customer, that is also not true. According to our records, you used us times prior to the March service, the dates are as follows: 6/27/11, 11/13/12, 1/19/15. The reason your gutter fell off is because they had not be cleaned in almost years between the March cleaning and the 1/19/cleaning, which was the last time we were there. Prior to that there was also an almost year gap between cleanings as well. We had called you many times seeing if you wanted the cleaned in between and you never hired us. The failure of the gutter is due the lack of routine maintenance (cleaning) and perhaps the heavy snow and ice, not from our crew or company. You just want to blame others for your own irresponsibility when you failed to clean the gutters when you should have

Tthe claims you are making are bogus. The gutter has been in disrepair for quite some time and was not damaged by our cleaning crew on 3/17/as you are alleging. The attached photos tell the tale, as the gutter has been hanging for so long, that the gutter is stained from the constant
dirty water pouring over the side. We will not be issuing a credit, nor was the damage caused by our company. Additionally we did not install the gutters, so no warranty is implied expressed, or will be provided to cover this repair. We did send a quote to replace the gutter of $684. The only reason you have filed this complaint is in an effort to obtain a free gutter
