I had a salesperson from Joyce Factory Direct come to the house to give a quote for putting siding on the housethe salesperson was very polite and friendly, we decided to use Joyce Factory Direct for the job by giving them a depositAfter hearing presentations from other companies we decided not to use Factory DirectFactory Direct were not complete in there presentation
The notice of cancellation was given to them and I called the salesman directly prior to the date that I could have our deposit returnedI was unable to talk to anyone about my cancellationthe people I were directed to never returned my callone being a salesman manger and the other a office manger so just to be safe to get back our deposit we cancelled the check

Signed a contract with this company in January, 2014. They did not start the construction of the sunroom until May and we finally got final inspection approval in September, 2014. The workers we had did very sloppy work. The sides of a corner outside were cut too short and they filled it with caulk instead of re-cutting the piece. The crown molding was cut too short and I was told that's just the way it is. The other corner was also cut too short and I was told they probably cut a piece to add to it but it wouldn't look right. It was corrected but not until I told them it was unacceptable. They did not connect the room to our existing roof correctly which the inspectors would not approve it. The engineer said he had seen pictures of the connection and that was the reason he sent his letter when in fact either the pictures he saw were of another job or he didn't see pictures at all. It was has been a long, long struggle to get this room complete and I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. My only advice would be to check behind them on every step. Take plenty of pictures and work with your local inspectors. They are there to make sure the room is constructed safely. Left the way our room was originally built, it could have collapsed under weight of snow.
