Review: Hello I'm 8 months pregnant and very upset, Its the Watchung Nj store in Blue Star Shopping center. On July 27,2013 I brought a dress to wear to my baby shower, I got home and decided to wear something else that fits more for me. So the dress I brought I left in the bag. I know the return policy is to return the item at the same store it's brought from for a return or any store for a exchange, within 14 days of purchase. Which I did try to return the dress back to the store by Aug 8,2013. I walked up to the cashier and gave her my receipt and the dress. She than stated she cannot return my item for a refund because it was missing a belt, well I tried to explain to this lady that when it was brought there wasn't no belt attached to it. She than said the employee who sold it to me would have to be here to tell other wise so I asked when will she be working so I can speak to her because if it was a belt than I was cheated of material from the dress from the start. So this Lady says the employee is on vacation. I than asked for a manager, which she stated she was the manager and was real nasty after that to say to me "now that you know who I am what else can I do for you", so I asked her how can you not return this if it clearly has the tag on it I have my receipt within my time limited, she walked away and didn't say nothing, came back several seconds later with the same dress and throws it on the counter and say "you see its the same dress with a belt. " I'm not arguing that the dress didn't have a belt , it didn't hv a belt when I brought it. like I explained to her why would I want to keep a belt at home that I cant fit. I asked her can she look around maybe lost and found box.So she said no without the belt she will not be giving me a return so I asked for store credit and than she said "if I wont give you a refund what makes you think Ill give you store credit". the dress cost 17$ but now its the point they told me basically I was lying about a beltDesired Settlement: the dress was only 17.99 but now its more than just the money im mad about its the point that im being treated as a lier, I called the customer service line they told me they will write a complaint, I would here from them in 2 weeks when the employee came back. well now I reach out to them because no one contacted me just to find out im still not receiving my refund or exchange specially now the dates are gone. they told me I need to find the belt. im so [redacted] because now I have the whole company out as if im lying about a belt. I just want my money or credit. summer is over and I didn't wear the dres nor want the dress. I will never shop in there ever again as of today

We got in contact with the customer. She has to bring merchandise back to the store and a gift card will be issued in exchange. She was told to bring the dress and her receipt back to our store located in Watchung, NJ.We are sorry for any inconvenience.
