faulty installation issue and has nothing to do with our company. This matter should go to the installing contractor ([redacted]) and not Joyce. Our base track has more than adequate allowance for water to flow out of the very large weep hole system we design and incorporate. The weep hole and base track system is approved by engineering support and industry required testing. Our system is approved on every state stock plan which we do business in. Since we designed and tested this base track system in 1998 we estimate to have over 50,000 of our sunrooms installed. They must be installed correctly (info is provided in our installation manual), and the weep holes must not be sealed over which was done on this application. Gary W[redacted] Executive VP

A complaint has been filed with Revdex.com In Richmond against Clear Visions . They say they only have a 1 year warranty and also say your weep hole design changed since we purchased our sunroom. I think both parties are at fault and good business would be to split the claim amount.
