policy board (@ the front) that illustrates what item(s) will not be considered for exchange or returnDue to sanitizational reasons, wigs are treated just like any other under garment that can touch skin/scalpWe make our policy clear from the start of selecting your wig to finalizing the transactionWe allow customers to thoroughly examine and make sure on color/style of the wig
