Review: I purchased a 200$ human hair lace front wig, after one week of wearing it I noticed that it was shedding. It started out just minimum stands so I continued to wear it. About 2 1/2 weeks in it was so bad that you could run your fingers through the hair and have a hand full of hair. The wig became very thin to the point that you could see the tracks. I went in to the business and spoke with two gentlemen and demonstrated how the hair was easy to come out just by running my fingers through it. I told them that it had not even been 1 month since date of purchase and that along with my receipt I had my bank statement the younger gentlemen told me there was nothing he could do because they don't guarantee their product. I told him well you didn't explains that and no where is it posted that they don't guarantee the product or that it sheds. He just again said there is nothing I can do no refund or discount or apologies.Desired Settlement: I would like to exchange the wig for another one and or a refund.

In response to the complaint: We have a very clear wig policy for our business. On our cash registers, we have a sign for "NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGE ON WIGS." We also list this on our receipts, along with our huge store policy board (@ the front) that illustrates what item(s) will not be considered for exchange or return. Due to sanitizational reasons, wigs are treated just like any other under garment that can touch skin/scalp. We make our policy clear from the start of selecting your wig to finalizing the transaction. We allow customers to thoroughly examine and make sure on color/style of the wig.

I am rejecting this response because: the return policy is not what I am disputing it is simply the quality of the product. I was allowed to try on the product before purchase and yes color and fit was good. However no where does it state that Wigs that are 100% human hair will shed in 2 weeks and that the quality was poor. the quality of a $200 wig should not be on the level of a synthetic wig. Furthermore I the consumer would not know that after 2 weeks the hair would loose 1/2 the weight of the wig by shedding continually. there is no signed posted that says Our Human Wigs Shed.
