[redacted] This is in response to the poorly written hard to understand handwritten letter. First of all my husband and I picked out the sofa we wanted and it was ultimately my choice what I wanted. After we wondered around thier shop we placed the order with [redacted] daughter as we were told she is running the business . We received the furniture in March 2016 we noticed right away there was a problem with the furniture, however we did not complain to the store until I was out of rehab for severely breaking seven bones in both ankles. After I got adjusted from my hospital stay my husband reported the issues. The complaints started in June with a lot of reasons why it was taking so long. We were even told it was out of thier hands but in the repairman hands we called him and he said that isn't true which we called back and was then told the parts weren't even ordered then a week later the wrong parts were ordered. I have talked to [redacted] numerous times as well as her daughter [redacted] Not one time did my husband ever tell anyone in that store that I was putting pressure on [redacted] to have it fixed we were always in the same room. I find it apauling that this would even come from a business person mouth. We have only wanted this situation rectified, and it should not take a year to have bad furniture repaired. My husband talked to [redacted] again one and half week ago which she tol him the parts were in and now the repairman has them. My husband then called the repairman and scheduled the first Saturday of the month time given wa between 9-11 and he did not show up. At this point with all the lies and confusion from the business we want our money back. The parts are here somewhere and we still can't get it fixed. This is very poor business relation with a customer and seems like lots of mistruths from a professional business . We want all thier lies stopped and something done with the furniture that was first complained about in the first 90 days.[redacted]

Joyce Furniture resolved with the customer. The cushions have been replaced.Thank you.
