Then on November 19th 2014 she came to the business claiming there were additional issues with the vehicle. We AGAIN tried to work with Mrs. [redacted] considering her situation and not only offered to assist her in finding another van AND take the van she purchased back, all she would need to do is pay us the difference. She declined the offer because and insisted she did not want to pay another dime. We went out of our way and genuinely tried our absolute best to help Mrs. [redacted] despite the fact that we sold the vehicle “AS IS”.
