they took money from my accout for nothing they sent me I have been calling and emailing and no reply I just want my 89.00 back form them

because they company is the one who took the money from my bank account and they are also known by smginve*skin cream as you can see on my bank account

Purchased sample product for $6.89 for cost of shipping and approximately 1 month later was charged $89.89 off debt card used for purchase.
Bought 1 fl oz of JoelleDerma Revitalizing Moisturizer (Supports Skin Hydration) for shipping cost of $6.89 on 06/24/2019 shown on bank statement as CAG-Skincream.co. Did not anticipate receiving addition product or getting charged for anything else. Then on 07/08/2019 I got charged an additional $89.89 from the same company CAG-Skincream.co. I did not get any product sent to me. Also filed a complaint with my bank and they are investigating. Tried to call phone number 1-877-886-5052 and could not get through to customer service and said this phone number is not in service. E-mail is [email protected] and website is joyellederma.com. Only purchased sample for cost of shipping.

There has to be a mistake here! I did not report anything to do with the Ultra-SK company! Have never heard of it! If you check the JoyelleDerma web site ( you will see just an ad for a RISK FREE! trial bottle, just to pay $6.95 for postage! NO OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS WERE LISTED!Nothing was included in the little package I received either nor on the ad! My bank has followed up on this and with their response, a "before days of trial end" term and condition was stated WHICH WAS NOT ON THE FREE AD, NOR WITH THE PRODUCT! I could not find it on line at all except for what the bank send me that Joyelle sent. Nor did I get ANYTHING for the $89.89 charge the following month on my bank debit account!! IIn big letters it states: TRY JOYELLE DERMA TODAY RISK FREE! http://topdeal.site/joyellederma/ Ultra SK is not the company that should have been contacted!! Of course they don't have me listed as a customer because that isn't the company that I wrote you about! When they sent the terms and conditions to the bank, who sent a copy to me, and which are impossible to find on the internet nor mentioned at all in the ad!! in small print which I COULD NOT FIND ON LINE! STATES THAT If you decide not to keep the trial, send it back within 14 days WITHOUT OPENING! and you will be charged $9.95 for sending it back (on my debt card) Of course I didn't know about this as it was not mentioned on the free trial ad nor in the package! Otherwise you would continue to be charged $89.89 monthly WHICH IS THE CHARGE THAT SURPRISED ME ON MY NEXT BANK STATEMENT! I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING NOTHING FOR THIS $89.89! tHE BANK ASSERTED THAT IT IS A SCAM AND I HAVE PAID $6.95+ $89.89 FOR THIS SMALL TRIAL JAR! THEY ALSO SAID THAT THIS IS NOT THE ONLY COMPLAINT THEY HAVE GOTTEN. I have spent a lot of time on this, going to the bank, writing to the company, trying to find the "terms and conditions" on line (nothing is there like the sheets they sent to the bank!)The statement that they highlighted on the sheets the bank received, which I cannot find on line,state:"As part of the ordering trial, you agree to join a recurring membership plan. I have received nothing additional from this near $100 charge on my debit card after ordering this "free" trial offer! JoyelleCerma is the company NOT the one you listed above here for which I have never contacted nor heard of. There has to be a Revdex.com mistake WRONG COMPANY! PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH THE CORRECT COMPANY!

No wonder I couldn't find these terms for the Joyelle item! They were under another company's name! No mention at all, attached to the Joyelle ad with "RISK FREE" in big letters on ad! Around 07/08-09/2019, I purchased a sample of Joyelle Derma Cream - Revitalizing Moisturizer for $4.99 and did not purchase or sign up for anything else. I got the sample. The next thing I see on my bank statement that they have charged me $89.89!!! I contacted my bank to stop payment, however it was on my debit card so they could not stop payment. I spoke with "Adam" of the company and he finally assured me that they would refund my money & not send me anything else. I got a refund of around $27.00 and nothing else!!! Now today, I see on my bank statement that they have charged me again for $95.47!!! This has to stop, I'am 76 years old and my only income is social security. I cannot afford this money taken out of my bank account. This has now happened with another company that I will be filing a complaint against. Please, please help me get my money back. Refund Refund all amount owed to me less the $27.00 they did refund. Never charge my debit card/bank again!!! Total refund I should get is $158.38!

I received refunds of both amounts from the Arizona company! They direct deposited to my bank account. Did not hear anything from Joyelle (the Florida company). Thank you.

Mystery products sent
I received two products I did not order nor was my credit card charged.

Desired Outcome

I called the company's customer service to see why I received products I did not order. The CSR who was a part of a contract call center, asked for my zip code and my name which I gave. (I suspected fraud and did not want to give additional information) He asked for my husband's name and then my ph#. I gave him the last four digits on my phone. Then he asked for my full credit card number. I was not comfortable with this and gave the last for digits. He asked me for the fist 7 digits which is the banks information. I said no. I said I have a Visa which begins with a 4. He still insisted the first 7 numbers (having worked at a bank this is information is for my credit card's bank). I said I would give him my full address since it was on the package. He claimed he could not look out my account without my credit card. I replied, "I don't have an account nor did I order these products." I asked for a supervisor, I was placed on a brief hold. He said no supervisor was available and I should call back in 2 to 3 hours. He said he cannot look up my information without my credit card number. Then he stated my account has been closed. I thought this was very stange.

Supposed to be a FREE trial, only paying postage and handling. Trick you into monthly subscription of $89.89.
Ordered two items June 18, one for $6.88 and one for $6.89 for FREE TRIAL, paying only postage and handling. Received items June 26, July 5 was charged additional $89.89 by Cactus Skincream whom I never ordered from, emailed Joyelle and Cactus Skincream July 7, and called Joyelle (Cactus has same number) July 9 to dispute additional charge and unsubscribe which I was not aware of. They said free trial is 14 days from order date and you have to unsubscribe enrollment within that period. I was unaware of such enrollment which is apparently in their "Terms" which you must agree you. How can you have 14 days free trial if you don't have the product yet? The return policy is 30 days and I told them I had a severe allergic reaction and wanted to return items. Steve from Joyelle said the items had to be returns unopened and unused. One item was charged to Cactus Enterprises LLC (Cave Creek, AZ), the other to Antidote Industries LLC (Dale City, VA). I ordered from and order was acknowledged by Joyelle, Tampa, FL. This is definitely a SCAM operating in different states. Their advertising was completely false to entice unsuspecting people in their scam. I am a retired senior citizen and cannot afford this $89.89 charge.

June 10,2019 purchased skin cream and eye cream for $6,88, and $6.89, product received, and later discovered my account was charged additional $89.89, and $88.88. I called the company twice on June 30,2019, and was told this is what I agreed to and product would be sent to me monthly, I explained I did not want the products to be shipped to me every month, and I wanted to return the products for a refund. I was told I could not return the products. The website claimed the products being sold were 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I called the company a second time on 6-30-19, and I explained that I was not satisfied with the product, and the person I was speaking to (Andre) hung up on me. I was issued a refund to my account of $26.81. I feel that after I called the company twice, I didn't get anywhere, and they were not willing to refund my purchase, even after I explained that I was not satisfied with the product. I really feel that this company is nothing more than a scam.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund to my account for the amount of $178.77. I am simply no satisfied with the product or the company and would like a full refund.

I ordered a trial size of eye serum and skin cream. I paid for the trial size and only had for three days and they took 88.00 and 89.00 out of my bank acct. I called and asked about that and the woman would not refund my money. She tried to lower to 39.00 and when I said no she went down to 19.00. I again said no and asked her why they took money out of my acct when I already paid for trial which I hardly had a chance to use to see if I liked it. She would not answer me and would not let me talk at all. She over talked me fast and said call back later and hung up on me. I want my money put back in my acct. I canceled with company and got a conf. number but trust issue is there now. I called my bank and told them what happened and to not take any more money out of my acct to this company. I am very angry and upset about this. This is not good business. Thats alot of money for nothing.

My issue has not been resolved yet. On 6/5/2019 company removed $88.88 and $89.89 from my bank account. I already paid for sample . Once they took the money from my account I immediately called them only to be treated rudely. I want my money back. Why did they take the money? Sincerely
