After receiving additional information, we've learned the customer was unable to reach us to request assistance cancelling her...
account. The customer's access to our support ticket system was inadvertently blocked and this is currently being looked into. We will be sure to implement procedures to avoid this issue going forward.
As a courtesy, we have made an exception to the policies outlined in our Terms of Service and have issued a refund for all 2015 charges to the credit card on file.
This also serves as confirmation that the customer has completed the cancellation of her account by deleting her instances, and that there will be no additional charges as long as there are no new services used under the account.
We apologize for any inconveniences this issue may have caused.
