Dear Sir,
The customer: *** *** has purchased glasses frames from us and used each and every pairAfetr my understanding of speaking to her she said that she took one of the used pair that she used and wore and sold it on ***I have no idea in what condition she sold the frames that she
has received a complaint from her buyer on ***She then contacted us stating that she got a complaint that the frames are not authenticWe are a local Ny based business that we are an authorized deler for all items that we sell and we have full warranty on all items from the manufacturerI have asked her if there is anything that is a manufacturer defect that we will be happy to help her to send them to the company and get a replacement and she stated that there is nothing wrong with the frames just except of her wearing theI have explained to her that because of her buying a pair of glasses from us and then selling a used pair online which can cause a problem between the seller and the buyer which is not our responsobilityCusomer made such statement of the item not being authentic and then states that all items are not authentic and wants to return them after being worn and usedWe will be happy to accept any pair that is in brand new condition for a refund and that is why we even have the days money back policy, otherwise the customer can take the frames to a local Tom Ford, Prada and *** flagship store to verify authenticity and call us at ###-###-#### whle there so we can confirm our account with the brands to authenticate for her the glasses
We cannot take responsibility for a transaction that took place by another seller and a buyer that we have not made been involved
Again as I have stated that we will be happy to fully assure the customer that all manufacturer defects are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer brands and she can return any unused brand new unused item to us for a refund

I'm tired of going back and forth about the same thingWe are not getting no whereI have more than just a pair of Cazals, I have Pradas and Tom Fords alsoI don't believe that their authentic and so I'm going to call the Revdex.com to let them know that this dispute is not going anywhere and if I can send the sunglasses to them to see the authenticityI don't want to keep going back and forth because this not getting no whereIf I need to take further action than I will do soI don't believe the glasses are real and neither does the retailers

I spoke with the seller from *** last Monday and he called me three timesWhen we spoke I asked him to send invoices for all three sunglasses showing authenticity and he said he wouldI also spoke with him about me selling the glasses on *** and the buyer taking them into the store and they were fakesI wore all the glasses once and I still have all the original packaging and all of them are in excellent shape and no scratchesWhether I wore the glasses or not has
nothing to do with whether their authentic or notThe site says they promise 100% authenticity but my glasses state otherwiseI've already contacted all of these suppliers that he asking me to contact and no one even knows of the siteI've told the man that I'll return all the glasses and their original packaging for a refundHe wants to keep convincing me that their authentic but I'm not convinced and I know that my product are fakesAlso they sent a *** warrantee card for an extended year warrantee, on the *** site while registering for the one year warrantee it states that if you don't receive a email confirmation back for registering your eyewear it was a fake item, well I never received an emailI want the company to provide proof to the Revdex.com on the authentic invoices on my eyewear which he stated he would doI'm trying to make this a easy dispute but the company is making it difficultAlso it took the company a week to respond after I spoke with him last Monday and he still hasn't provided the documents that he stated he would provide.

Review: I purchased three pairs of designer sunglasses three different times from this site. The seller and site assured me the items were authentic. I sold a pair on [redacted] to find out they were fakes. The serial numbers doesnt match and the details on the authentic item doesnt match. I contacted the seller and they sent me their distributors number. I contacted the distributors and they advised me that certain items were not sold online. I notified the site again and they are not willing to work with me on returning the items and issuing a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to return all items and receive a refund. Ive paid over 700 dollars for fake items.
