Joyner Piedmont Surveying

Nonperformance of prompt survey. I contacted Mr. Joyner May 11, 2015, to survey the farm of [redacted] in Johnston County, NC. He did a partial survey in July 2015. It is now March March 11, 2016. I think 10 months is unreasonable. His delay has prevented the timely filing the final report for estates. Not only has he taken way too much time, he is most noncommunicative--does not call or make contact as he promises. Due to unforeseen illnesses, employee issues and the wet weather is the reason for the delay. We intend to finish the survey within the next 45 days. Once the survey is complete we will file the appropriate paper work with Johnston County. I am out of the office the majority of the time working in the field so there are times I can't respond to calls but I do try to respond promptly. If the complainant feels there has been a lack of communication, again I apologize.
